Eva’s hair is fine enough to style straight and leave wavy for various looks, so she doesn’t have to use all sorts of chemical straightening materials to go from wavy to sleekly straight hair. This is a big plus to her looks because she won’t damage her hair much with straightening and she can hold the same haircut and wear it at least three different ways – straight, wavy and curly. But the texture of her hair is not her only advantage.

Eva has smaller feminine features, so any haircut whether it is up or down can accentuate her facial features without any fear of throwing her look off balance. If you have a larger chin, forehead, or nose, you will want to find a style that is best for you that brings balance to your look and doesn’t accentuate those features.

Lucky for Eva, she can pull off all these looks with no problems at all!

HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST HAIRSTYLE

When you are trying to look your best, especially for the holidays, you may be considering a new style for your hair. When you walk into the hair stylist, don’t go without a plan.

The first thing you want to consider is your own personality and lifestyle. What haircuts will fit your lifestyle? If you are very active and short on time between the gym, home, work, and your social scene, you may want to get something that will be easily maintained. And if you go to rock clubs every night or you just like to express yourself more shockingly, there are styles for you too!

Do some online research. Go to your favorite search engine and see what kind of face shape you have. Then research some celebrity photos with your face shape and see which styles appeal to you the most. Then, print out some pictures and bring them with you to the hair stylist. Have a good five minute discussion with a hair stylist you trust and ask them if they would suggest the style you want on you or not.

Listen to your stylist closely. Compare what you read online to what they are saying about accentuating parts of your face shape. Then you will have a good idea if they really know what they are talking about or if it is time to seek out another stylist. When you are comfortable with your stylist, go for it! It is a new year, and a new you!
